Ġnien Brejġu

Zejtun Local Council is at the moment in an advanced stage in the re-designing and embellishment of Gnien Brejgu, a public garden appreciated mostly for the recreational and leisure purposes it provides. All work related to construction is now almost complete, with finishing’s and garden furniture to be installed in the coming weeks. Gnien Brejgu is also an excellent example of an evironmentally friendly project, incorporating an Underground Bring-in-Site to encourage waste-recycling. In addition, this Public Garden is also equipped with LED lighting which a new energy is saving technology reducing energy consumption drastically. The Zejtun Local Council aims to complete this project in early 2012.
